It is permissible for a project to receive additional funding from another source. However, this information must be provided in the research protocol form. In the event of a change in the status of a pending application, all investigators are required to notify the program administrator at REACHAwards@porterhousemedical.com. Please note that Porterhouse Medical is a third-party agency supporting the administration of the REACH Awards.
A maximum of 5% of the award value may be put toward institutional overhead payments.

Milestone payments will be disbursed as the research progresses.
As a condition for funding, Bayer may seek right of first refusal to obtain an exclusive worldwide license to any technology invented or improved under the grant.
